Accurately Weighing Various Materials
The AG-PLD series aggregate bins are automated concrete production equipment designed to work in conjunction with concrete mixers and other weighing systems. They can automatically and accurately complete the weighing and batching of sand, gravel, and other materials according to the user’s preset concrete mix ratio.
AGICO’s aggregate bins are available in three types: independent weighing aggregate bins, cumulative weighing aggregate bins, and continuous production aggregate bins. Each type has its own advantages, making them suitable for different concrete plant infrastructures and capacity requirements. Our concrete batching machines feature large-capacity storage and high-precision weighing, with the number of aggregate bins customizable according to client needs. They are not only applicable to various types of concrete batching plants but also widely used in stabilized soil mixing plants, cement-stabilized base plants, and aggregate base mixing stations, meeting production requirements across diverse engineering projects.

Extra-Large Storage Capacity

High-Precision Weighing System

Efficient Conveying & Discharging System
The conveying belt uses an endless ring belt that provides long service life and high durability.
A baffle cover is installed at the belt head to prevent material spillage.
The tail section is equipped with a screw tensioning device that allows the belt tension to be adjusted at any time.
The pneumatic discharge system comes with an opening adjustment device and an anti-jamming design to ensure smooth discharge.
A heavy-hammer head cleaner is used to clean the belt effectively without adjustment.

AGICO’s aggregate bins adopt a linear “I-shaped” structure, with both the storage hoppers and weighing hoppers designed with pneumatic sector gates. Our bins support precise proportioning of three or more materials, equipped with an electronic weighing system to ensure stable and reliable concrete quality.
The discharge section is fitted with a trough-shaped belt conveyor driven by a rubber-coated drum motor, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. The top panel is designed for flexibility, allowing removal or lowering to significantly reduce feeding intensity and improve operational convenience—making it an ideal choice for producing high-quality concrete
Aggregate Bin with Independent Weighing


Working Principle
Each aggregate bin is equipped with a corresponding weighing hopper. During operation, cylinders first open the discharge gates of the aggregate bins, allowing materials to fall into the weighing hoppers. High-precision sensors suspended on the hoppers continuously monitor the material weight, and the intelligent control system automatically adjusts the gate openings accordingly. Once all hoppers have been weighed, the lower discharge gate opens, and materials are transported via conveyor belt to the next processing stage.

Aggregate Bin with Cumulative Weighing


Working Principle
Belt-type cumulative weighing system:
In this system, the conveyor belt is suspended on high-precision weighing sensors, eliminating the need for independent weighing hoppers. During operation, cylinders sequentially open the aggregate bin valves, allowing materials to fall directly onto the belt. The sensors accumulate the weight, and once all materials are weighed, the belt transfers them to the next stage.
Hopper-type cumulative weighing system:
This system includes one weighing hopper and multiple aggregate bins. Materials from each bin are sequentially delivered via belt to the weighing hopper. After weighing, materials are conveyed through the hopper’s lower belt to the next processing unit.
