Small Footprint
The belt-type concrete batching plant uses belt conveyors to transport and weigh materials such as sand, gravel, and cement. With its robust design and long service life, it is especially suitable for high-capacity, continuous production projects, producing ready-mix concrete, plastic concrete, and dry-mix concrete.
AGICO’s belt-type batching plant features a compact structure with a small footprint, allowing flexible layout in either horizontal or steep-angle configurations, and supports multi-unit combinations. Its uniquely designed hoppers and track angles ensure more efficient aggregate loading and unloading, improving overall production efficiency by 30%–45% compared to the industry average.
AGICO offers a variety of models, including AG-HZS60, AG-HZS90, AG-HZS120, and AG-HZS180, to meet the demands of projects of different scales. Whether for large-scale building construction, road and bridge projects, or factory production of precast concrete components, we provide efficient and stable concrete mixing plant solutions.
Concrete Batching Plant Belt Feeding System
According to different site conditions, concrete belt conveyors can be flexibly designed in horizontal layouts, inclined layouts, or combined layouts with horizontal and vertical curves.
Due to minimal restrictions from terrain conditions, gentle slopes are usually adopted for ramp transportation. The maximum inclination is generally 14°–16° for upward conveying and 6°–8° for downward conveying.

- Belt Width (mm): 400–1200
- Conveying Speed (m/s): 1.25–2.0
- Conveying Capacity (t/h): 30–480
- Conveying Length (m): ≤ 40
Structure
A belt conveyor mainly consists of a head hopper, frame, head scraper, drive pulley, safety protection devices, conveyor belt, carrying idlers, impact idlers, guide chute, return pulley, tensioning device, tail frame, and return belt cleaner.
Drive Modes
According to the drive configuration, belt conveyors can be divided into single-point drive and multi-point drive systems. The single-point drive unit is installed at one position, usually at the conveyor head. The multi-point drive units are installed at multiple positions. In practice, belt conveyors are typically equipped with a single-point drive system.

Working Principle
The conveyor belt forms a closed loop through connection and is provided with the required tension by the tensioning device. Driven by the motor, friction between the belt and the drive pulley causes the belt to run continuously, enabling concrete materials to be conveyed steadily from the loading end to the discharge end.
Features
- High conveying capacity: Up to 6,000 m³ per hour; conveyor length can be customized according to site requirements.
- Flexible layout: Supports horizontal, inclined, and multi-directional combined arrangements, suitable for complex working conditions.
- Stable operation: The tensioning device ensures sufficient belt tension, prevents slippage, and compensates for belt length variations.
- Strong environmental adaptability: Equipped with belt covers to effectively prevent dust and rain, meeting the demanding conditions of concrete production environments.
Highlights of AGICO Belt-Type Concrete Batching Plant
Low-Energy Conveying
The belt conveying system avoids energy losses caused by frequent start-stop operations. Material feeding is continuous and stable, with minimal spillage and a low risk of blockage. This makes it ideal for long-term, high-intensity production and helps customers continuously reduce electricity costs.
Eco-Friendly Design
Environmental protection is integrated into the design from the very beginning. Key processes adopt sealed structures and are equipped with high-efficiency dust collection systems. This ensures compliance with local environmental regulations and helps customers avoid production shutdowns or rectification risks.
Intelligent Operation
AGICO belt-type concrete batching plants are equipped with advanced automatic control systems that support remote monitoring and automatic operation. The entire production process is visualized and data-driven, significantly reducing labor dependency—one operator can easily manage the whole plant, improving management efficiency.
Flexible Plant Layout
According to on-site conditions, customers can freely choose belt angles, silo types, and batching layouts. Whether the site is narrow or the terrain is complex, AGICO can tailor the optimal solution to meet specific project requirements.
Multi-Purpose Application
The plant can meet the needs of commercial ready-mix concrete production and can also be quickly switched for engineering project use. One set of equipment adapts to multiple application scenarios, greatly improving equipment utilization and overall return on investment.
High-Efficiency Mixing System
The core mixer adopts patented shaft-end sealing technology, offering reliable sealing and easy maintenance, significantly reducing long-term maintenance costs. Mixing efficiency is improved by about 20% compared with conventional designs, while mixing time is shortened by approximately 3 seconds.
