Efficient Scheduling and Delivery
A central mixing plant, also known as a wet mix concrete batching plant, mixes all raw materials in a central mixer before loading the concrete into transit mixers for delivery. Once on site, only minimal additional mixing is required before pouring. This method ensures consistent and stable concrete quality, making central mix plants ideal for large-scale projects and those with high performance requirements.
AGICO is a trusted provider of turnkey concrete batching plant equipment, services, and spare parts. We offer a full range of concrete mixing plant solutions—including stationary and mobile plants, ready mix batching plants, and dry mix batching plants—designed to boost your productivity, enhance mix quality, and maximize your return on investment while reducing overall project costs.
Stationary Central Mixing Plant

A stationary central mixing plant is typically installed in larger areas. Although the initial investment is higher, it offers superior efficiency and production capacity. AGICO provides a range of central concrete plant models, including AG60, AG75, AG90, AG120, and AG180, with extensive customization options to meet project-specific needs.
Designed for high-volume, continuous operation, stationary central mixing plants are ideal for long-term and high-demand concrete supply.
Applications:
Large-scale infrastructure projects such as highways and dams
Long-duration commercial or industrial developments
Mobile Central Mixing Plant

The mobile central mix concrete plant is designed for flexible site operations and can be relocated easily using a semi-trailer truck. AGICO’s mobile plant models—AG25, AG35, AG50, AG60, and AG75—are fully pre-wired and pre-assembled at the factory to ensure fast on-site setup and commissioning.
With a compact structure and excellent transportability, these plants are well-suited for small to mid-sized projects that require frequent relocation.
Applications:
Remote construction sites or urgent infrastructure deployments
Temporary or small-scale infrastructure projects

a. Central Mixer
Compared with other types, the twin-shaft mixer offers superior efficiency, output, and versatility, making it the most widely used mixing solution. It is also capable of producing zero-slump concrete, roller-compacted concrete (RCC), and flowable fill mixtures.
b. Aggregate Bins
AGICO’s aggregate storage bins can be customized based on the required number and capacity. Each bin is equipped with high-precision stainless steel load cells, fast-acting pneumatic discharge gates, pneumatic vibrators, replaceable wear liners, moisture sensors, level indicators, and optional heating systems for cold-weather concrete production.
c. Belt Conveyor
The belt conveyor transfers the weighed aggregates from the aggregate batching machine to the mixer. AGICO provides various sizes and configurations tailored to your specific plant layout and production needs.
d. Cement Silo
AGICO offers both vertical and horizontal cement silos, available as standalone units or multi-silo combinations, with capacities ranging from 30 tons to 500 tons.
e. Control and Electrical Container
The system includes independent, stackable control and electrical cabinets housing the plant’s automation and power systems. All electrical trailers are pre-wired before delivery, and the system operates by simply connecting a single power source. Voltage is adjustable to match your requirements.
f. Mixer Support Frame and Platform
Custom-designed mixer support structures and platforms are available to suit your specific application. The layout is flexible and adaptable, allowing for drive-through truck access, simplified maintenance, and efficient production workflows.
Working Process of a Central Mix Concrete Plant
1. Feeding
Raw materials such as cement, sand, and aggregates are weighed and fed into the concrete mixer according to the pre-set mix ratio.
2. Mixing
Inside the mixer, raw materials and water are thoroughly blended using high-speed rotating mixing blades to produce a uniform concrete mixture.
3. Transferring
While mixing, the concrete is simultaneously discharged into a transit mixer (concrete truck), ready for delivery to the construction site.
4. Discharging
Upon arrival at the job site, the concrete is unloaded from the truck using a hydraulic discharge system and poured into place for use.
