CP30 Batching Plant Capacity

The theoretical capacity of the CP30 batching plant is 30 m³/h, while its actual output is usually only 60%–80% of the rated capacity.

Why can it not reach the rated capacity?

The rated capacity is a calculated value under ideal conditions. In actual operation, feeding and batching require time. There are always waiting periods during the weighing and charging of aggregates, cement, fly ash, water, and admixtures, so the actual cycle time is longer than the theoretical cycle time.

In addition, inefficient truck mixer scheduling, equipment breakdowns and maintenance shutdowns, discontinuous raw material supply, and operator skill and management efficiency will all affect actual output.

Therefore, when selecting equipment, it is recommended to choose a model with a capacity greater than the maximum concrete demand to allow a sufficient margin.
