High Efficiency

Dry mix concrete batching plant, efficient transport mixing concrete plant, does not include a mixing machine. All raw materials (such as cement, sand, and gravel) are weighed according to preset proportions, unloaded directly into the concrete mixer truck, and mixing is completed during transportation. This type of batching plant is not only suitable for general environments but also operates stably in extreme conditions such as high temperatures, high heat, high altitudes, and long transportation distances.

Our dry mix concrete mixing plant provides reliable solutions. With its sturdy and durable structure, you can confidently use it for your construction projects. If you are looking for a reliable dry mix concrete manufacturer, AGICO will be your ideal choice!

Why Choose a Dry Mix Concrete Batching Plant?

Cost-saving and More Economical

Since a dry mix concrete batching plant does not include a mixer, its cost is lower than that of a standard ready-mix concrete batching plant. With a lower investment and efficient operations, it ensures faster returns.

Simple Structure, Flexible Setup

The equipment has a simpler structure, making maintenance easier and more convenient. When necessary, a mixer can be easily added to convert it into a wet mix batching plant.

Longer Storage Time, Fresher Materials

Dry mix concrete can be stored for a longer period as it does not set. This provides more storage and transportation options. When the concrete mixer truck arrives at the construction site, fresh materials can be used directly.

Energy-saving, Eco-friendly, and Environmentally Beneficial

With minimal water usage during the mixing process, dry mix plants are more environmentally friendly, significantly reducing the dust generated during operation. Without the mixer, time and power consumption can be saved.

Increased Productivity, Time-saving

Dry mix plants work in coordination with mixer trucks, quickly discharging materials and speeding up construction. No need to clean the mixer every day, saving time and improving production efficiency.

How does a dry mix concrete batching plant work?

dry mix plant work

1. Aggregate feeding: The loader unloads aggregates such as sand and gravel into the batching machine. The batching machine weighs the aggregates and mixes them according to the preset ratio.

2. Aggregate transportation: After weighing, the aggregates are conveyed to the storage silo via a conveyor belt or hopper, preparing them for the next steps.

3. Cement, water, and additive feeding: Cement, additives, and water are separately transported to the storage silo through their respective weighing and delivery systems, ensuring precise measurements.

4. Unloading the mixture into the concrete mixer truck: Once the materials are properly batched, they are unloaded from the storage silo into the concrete mixer truck to begin mixing.

Three Methods of Mixing Concrete in a Truck

Mixing at the construction site

The dry ingredients are batched and loaded into the mixer truck, then transported to the construction site. During transport, the drum rotates at a low speed, mixing the aggregate. Upon arrival at the site, the materials are mixed in the truck to form the concrete.
