A modular concrete batch plant is characterized by its modular design, in which each system functions like “building blocks” that can be rapidly assembled, disassembled, and relocated. Compared with traditional mixing plants, it requires far less dependence on site conditions and can be put into operation without complex foundations, significantly shortening the early construction period.
Each module of the AGICO modular concrete batch plant is equipped with standardized interfaces, allowing the plant to enter the commissioning stage after only simple hoisting and connection work. The entire set of equipment can be fully deployed within a short period (5–7 days), making it especially suitable for projects with tight schedules or frequently changing construction sites. When relocated to a new site, the plant can be moved just as easily, greatly enhancing overall construction flexibility.
