Factory Pre-Wired
Portable concrete batching plant, also known as a mobile concrete batching plant, the portable plant is named for its ease of relocation from one site to another. It integrates material storage, weighing, conveying, mixing, discharging, and automatic control systems into a convenient trailer-mounted unit. It performs all the functions of a stationary fully automatic batching plant in terms of process, operation, and maintenance.
AGICO’s portable concrete batching plants adopt a trailer-mounted design. Water, air, and electrical lines use quick couplings, while mechanical structures feature pin-type quick assembly. The entire plant can be installed and put into operation in as little as one day. Easy to tow, ready to use upon parking, and equipped with a built-in braking system for highway travel. The system supports fully automatic, semi-automatic, and manual operation modes, allowing for more flexible production control. Dry Mix Portable Concrete Batch Plant
In this type of plant, all ingredients except water are mixed in dry form. Water is added during transport or directly at the construction site.

Wet Mix Portable Concrete Batch Plant
All components, including water, are mixed within the plant. This method ensures a more uniform mix and is ideal for producing high-quality concrete.

Main Components of a Portable Concrete Batching Plant

Batching Plant Concrete Mixer
The standard configuration features a JS twin-shaft forced mixer—widely used in batching plants due to its adaptability to various concrete types. It delivers uniform mixing, high efficiency, and excellent wear resistance. For high-performance concrete production, a planetary mixer is also available as an optional configuration.

Weighing System
Our digital load cell-based system ensures high-precision weighing of aggregates, cement, water, and additives. The intelligent control unit automatically adjusts for over- or under-weighing to ensure consistent batching quality and improved concrete strength.

Conveying System
The belt conveyor system uses a truss structure to connect the mixer platform and aggregate batching frame. The interior includes a belt rack for reliable and stable material transport. Motor power is selected based on conveyor length to ensure continuous and stable operation.

Storage System
The aggregate bins use a multi-compartment design (e.g., 4×9m³), allowing separate storage of different sands and stones. Cement silos are built with moisture-proof and arch-breaking features to prevent clogging. Liquid storage tanks for water and chemical additives come equipped with level gauges and quick connectors for efficient management and filling.

Control System
The plant features a fully automated control system with a touchscreen and PLC combination. It supports fault alerts, production data logging, and optional remote monitoring and operation—enhancing production efficiency and responsiveness.

Auxiliary Systems and Structural Components
Pneumatic Gate Control: For automated opening and closing of material and discharge gates.
Lubrication System: Integrated lubrication pumps automatically service critical parts like shafts, ends, and gears.
Drum Drive System: Uses high-precision gears and dual rollers to ensure smooth, durable operation.
How Is Mobility Achieved in Portable Batching Plants?
Portable batching plants feature two types of towing structures to ensure mobility:
Full-Trailer Structure: Equipped with both front and rear axles, this design allows the entire plant to be towed as a single unit by a tractor. It is ideal for long-distance transportation and offers high flexibility and maneuverability between job sites.
Semi-Trailer Structure: This design includes only a rear axle and connects to the tractor via a saddle shaft at the front. The overall structure is more compact, enabling quicker setup, deployment, and relocation.
