What is an RCC Plant?
RCC Plant, full name roller compacted concrete plant, is a kind of concrete batching plant. It is specially used to produce roller compacted concrete. It is mainly used in large basic projects such as water dams, road construction, and airports. Roller compacted concrete is dry and hard concrete with a low water-cement ratio. The main difference between an RCC plant and a normal concrete mixing plant is the mixing and discharging equipment. It usually uses a large-capacity, wear-resistant twin-shaft mixer to meet the needs of high-output continuous production.

Aggregate Handling Capacity
The AGICO RCC plant can handle aggregates with a maximum size of 15 cm. It also supports different aggregate grading combinations, which helps reduce cost.
High Output Mixing
The mixer capacity for each batch can reach 4–6 m³. It uses a high-torque twin-shaft design. The mixing is fast and even. The mixing time is short, which ensures continuous production.
Accurate Weighing
The weighing accuracy of aggregate, cement, water, and additives is within ±1–2%. The system can manage formulas automatically and record batch data. This reduces manual errors.
Continuous Conveying
The high-strength conveying system supports continuous high-output work. It reduces downtime and ensures construction efficiency. It is very suitable for large-scale projects.
Durable Structure Design
The whole plant uses a reinforced steel structure frame. Key parts use replaceable wear-resistant liners and blades. It can run 24/7 even in harsh environments.
Moisture Control System
It is equipped with automatic moisture sensors and a water addition system. It can adjust the water content in real time. This ensures good compaction and consistency of low-slump concrete.
Energy Saving and Automation
The motor uses frequency control and can adjust power according to load. This reduces energy use. The PLC control system can record production data and support remote management.
Modular Design
All AGICO concrete batching plants use a modular design. They can be easily dismantled and moved. They are easy to assemble and have a short installation time (saving about 10–15 days on average).

Water Conservancy Projects
Water conservancy construction uses many types of aggregates, often with large sizes. The mixing equipment must have strong adaptability. AGICO RCC plant can handle aggregates up to 150 mm. The single mixing capacity can reach 4–6 m³ (depending on the main machine model). It is very suitable for reinforced concrete and high-grade structural concrete production.
Road Projects
In highway construction, the demand for subgrade and base materials is great. High compaction and continuous construction are required. The AGICO RCC Plant can reach a capacity of 240 m³/h. AGICO RCC Plant uses a fully automatic PLC control system. It has automatic proportion control, real-time data monitoring, a fault alarm function, and a remote technical support interface. Manual operation is also supported. Semi-automatic systems are available according to the customer’s budget.
Each RCC project has special climate conditions, raw material features, and construction intensity requirements. AGICO provides custom capacity design and site layout planning. We have rich overseas EPC general contracting support experience.
We provide a detailed itemized quotation list. It usually includes the main machine and supporting systems, the control system, the wearing parts list, spare parts suggestions, packing, and factory costs. Sea freight, insurance, and destination port customs clearance fees are usually listed separately. There are no hidden costs and no later price increase.
