Flexible Configuration
Eco-Friendly
Wide Application
High Efficiency
Ready-mix concrete refers to freshly mixed concrete that is centrally batched and sold as a commercial product. Compared to on-site mixing, it offers more stable quality. It is called “ready-mix” because it is not used directly at the production site but is transported to the construction site by concrete trucks.
AGICO provides customized mixing plant solutions to meet the needs of any construction project or concrete production operation. Our ready mix concrete batching plants are the ideal choice for your business.
Types of Ready Mix Concrete Batching Plants
Stationary Ready Mix Concrete Plants

Hopper Type
Compact and Efficient | Ideal for Small Projects
Popular Models: AG25, AG35, AG50, AG75
Hopper-type ready mix concrete batching plants use a lifting hopper to transfer raw materials from storage bins to the concrete mixer. They require less space, making them suitable for sites with limited area. Additionally, they are easier to install on-site, saving time and labor. These plants are ideal for small to medium-sized projects, especially road construction and other space-constrained applications.
Belt Type
High Capacity and Superior Quality | Ideal for Commercial Concrete Production
Popular Models: AG60, AG90, AG120, AG180
Belt-type stationary concrete batching plants transport aggregates to the mixer using a conveyor belt system. This ensures faster and more continuous material feeding, significantly improving overall production efficiency. They are best suited for large-scale projects such as commercial buildings, infrastructure development, highways, bridges, and water conservancy projects.

Mobile Ready Mix Concrete Plants

Mobile ready mix concrete batching plants offer flexibility and mobility, making them ideal for projects requiring frequent relocation. Once a project is completed, the plant can be easily transported to the next job site using a trailer. Unlike stationary plants, mobile plants typically use a belt conveyor system for aggregate transportation.

Main Equipment of Ready Mix Concrete Plant
AGICO’s professional team provides equipment installation services. We have been focusing on the manufacturing and supply of concrete batching plants for many years, and our equipment offers long service life and fast production performance.
Twin-Shaft Concrete Mixer

Our ready mix concrete batching plants are equipped with vertical axis planetary mixers or enhanced twin-shaft mixers, ensuring more uniform and rapid mixing. The shaft diameter exceeds 130mm, offering strong impact resistance and durability. The multi-arm design reduces mixing time by 15%, improving production efficiency. The mixing arms are inserted and sealed inside the shaft, providing stronger mixing effects and ensuring uniform material blending. The discharge process is free from separation, ensuring energy-efficient operation.
Aggregate Weighing Hopper
AGICO’s batching system, in combination with the corresponding concrete mixer, can form modular concrete batching stations of various types and specifications. These stations cost only 1/2 to 1/3 of similarly sized conventional plants and are easy to install and relocate.

Our aggregate weighing hoppers are designed according to the GB10171 technical standards, using electronic weighing, microcomputer control, digital display, and remote operation. They offer accurate weighing, high batching precision, fast speed, and strong control functions. Operation is simple, requiring just one button press for each task.
Belt Conveyor

AGICO belt conveyors are ideal for efficient continuous transport, with advantages including long transportation distances, large capacity, and reliable operation. They are easy to automate and centralize control, and their assembly and disassembly are very convenient.
Screw Conveyor

Our screw conveyors are made of high-quality steel pipes, providing strong rigidity. The reasonable pitch design reduces material compression and prevents blockages.
Cement Silo

Cement silos are closed storage units for cement, fly ash, and other materials. When paired with screw conveyors, they efficiently transport materials to various locations. AGICO cement silos are equipped with a level indicator to show material levels, and a hopper discharging device to prevent material caking due to sedimentation.
Control System

Our ready mix concrete batching plants are fully controlled by a computer system, capable of both automatic and manual operation. The system is simple to operate and easy to learn. The dynamic display panel provides real-time updates on the operation of various components, and it also stores and prints report data.

SEND INQUIRYDry RMC Batching Plant vs. Wet RMC Batching Plant
| Dry Mix Concrete Batching Plant |
| The setup of a dry mix plant is relatively simple, as it does not require a mixer. All the raw materials required for concrete production are directly loaded into the concrete mixing truck. The mixing is done during transportation to the construction site. This saves mixing time as the concrete is produced while en route to the site. |
| Wet Mix Concrete Batching Plant |
| In a wet concrete plant, all materials are weighed and sent into the mixer, where they are mixed for a set period of time in the main mixer. Once mixing is complete, the produced concrete is loaded into trucks and transported to the construction site. This method allows for better control of concrete quality. |
