Except for external components such as the screw conveyor and cement silo, the main structure of the plant can be disassembled as a whole. The electrical system uses an integrated design, allowing most circuits to be transferred without dismantling.

Components of a Mobile Ready Mix Concrete Plant

Concrete Mixer
- The mixing shaft of the main mixer uses anti-adhesion technology, which effectively prevents cement from sticking to the shaft.
- The shaft end is equipped with a unique multi-seal structure, which prevents leakage and ensures the long-term continuous operation of the mixing system.

Control System
- The control system supports both automatic and manual operation modes.
- It provides real-time monitoring, dynamically displaying the operating status of each production stage to facilitate management.

Conveying System
- The conveying system includes aggregate conveyors (e.g., belt conveyors), cement conveyors (e.g., screw conveyors), water pumps, and admixture pumps, which transport materials to the main mixer.

Storage System
- The storage system consists of aggregate bins, cement silos, powder silos, water tanks, and admixture storage tanks for storing various raw materials. The system can optionally include separate cement silos, which significantly reduce shipping costs and simplify on-site assembly.

Batching System
- The batching system includes aggregate batching machines, cement silos, powder silos, water metering systems, and admixture metering systems, which accurately measure all raw materials.

Concrete Mixer Truck
