The Main Components of Stationary RMC Plant

Aggregate batching system
It has multiple storage areas for sand, gravel, and other aggregates. It features automatic weighing and batching, and supports different concrete mix ratios.

Concrete Mixer
You can choose either the dual-shaft forced mixer or the planetary concrete mixer, which ensures thorough mixing with a short cycle.

Cement silo
There are two types: vertical cement silos and horizontal cement silos. They are equipped with screw conveyors to ensure a stable material supply.

Conveyor system
The aggregates are transported to the mixer via belts or hoppers, while the powder is conveyed by a screw conveyor.

Control system
Central control cabinet + touch screen operation interface, enabling fully automatic or semi-automatic production processes.

Concrete Mixer Truck
