Small Footprint

AG-HZS25 concrete batching plant is a small-scale concrete production unit equipped with automatic feeding. It is mainly composed of an AG-JS500 forced mixer, a feeding system, a batching & weighing system, an electrical control system, and a steel structure frame. It offers advantages such as a short mixing cycle, durable wearing parts, simple operation, and easy maintenance. It is widely used in small construction sites, precast plants, small-scale commercial concrete factories, and road maintenance projects.

It can produce multiple types of concrete, including plastic concrete and dry-hard concrete.

It can be equipped with a heating system, allowing stable operation for construction in temperatures ranging from 0°C to −40°C.

It adopts a new integrated design concept, applying advanced technologies such as electronic weighing, microcomputer control, and digital display.

Its weighing system features buffering and automatic compensation, ensuring high measurement accuracy.

Its aggregate feeding system uses a wide herringbone conveyor belt and is equipped with a maintenance walkway, making inspection and servicing more convenient. It follows a modular structure design, which makes the overall plant compact, easy to disassemble, quick to install, and suitable for fast deployment.

Main Configuration of HZS25 Concrete Batching Plant

batch plant concrete mixer machine

Twin Shaft Mixer System

The system consists of an electric motor, pulley, reducer, mixing drum, lubrication system, and other components. It is made of high-alloy wear-resistant materials, ensuring uniform and stable mixing. Multiple shaft-end sealing technology prevents leakage. The mixer features short mixing times, energy efficiency, and low noise.

agico planetary concrete mixer type

Vertical Planetary Mixer System

The mixing arms and blades move in a planetary motion, providing continuous mixing trajectories and intense mixing action. This ensures good homogeneity, reduces wear on liners and blades, and the bottom scrapers improve both mixing and discharge speed.

Batching System

The AG-HZS25 batching plant uses a PLD1200 concrete batching machine. Materials are fed via a belt conveyor, and the weighing system uses a lever plus single sensor method, allowing four types of aggregates to be weighed individually. This ensures high accuracy and improves batching precision.

wet mix plant silo design

Horizontal/Integrated Cement Silo

AGICO offers three types of cement silos: sectional silo, integrated silo, and horizontal silo. Each silo is equipped with upper and lower level sensors and a dust removal system. To prevent material bridging, an air-blasting anti-arching device is installed in the silo cone.

portable batch plant conveyor

Conveying System

The aggregate conveying system uses either bucket elevator or belt conveyor. Bucket elevators occupy minimal space, saving land resources, while belt conveyors can handle long distances, large volumes, continuous transport, and reliable operation.

smart control system

Control System

The entire plant is computer-controlled, supporting both automatic and manual operation. The system is easy to operate, with a dynamic panel display showing the running status of all components. It can also store and print reports for documentation.

What Are the Costs of a Concrete Batching Plant?

mobile rmc plant case

Raw Material Cost

This includes the cost of all concrete ingredients such as cement, sand, crushed stone, fly ash, mineral powder, and chemical additives. This cost can be directly calculated based on the concrete mix ratio and the unit price of each raw material.

Transportation Cost

This mainly refers to the fuel consumption of various onsite vehicles, including concrete mixer trucks, pump trucks, loaders, and other auxiliary equipment. According to industry experience, when the delivery distance is around 20 km from the construction site, the transportation cost of a mixer truck is approximately 2.78 USD/m³, and the transportation cost of a pump truck is approximately 2.08–2.78 USD/m³. These costs can also be calculated based on actual operation data and statistics.

Labor Cost

The total salary expense is generally linearly related to plant output. However, the actual wages depend heavily on local labor market rates and the internal structure of each company, which may vary significantly between regions and suppliers.

Equipment Depreciation Cost

This cost depends on the depreciation period of the production equipment. If the plant investment is expected to be recovered within 5 years, the depreciation cost per cubic meter is calculated as the total equipment investment divided by the projected production volume over 5 years.

Consumables Cost

This includes the ongoing replacement and consumption of production-related materials such as pump pipes and S-valves, mixer truck oil filters, air filters, tires, lubricants, mixer drum liners, mixing arms, mixing blades, engine oil, and other vulnerable or wear components used in daily operation.

Testing and Inspection Cost

This includes annual calibration and inspection fees for the batching tower, weighbridge, laboratory instruments, and other testing equipment. It also includes concrete testing fees required by official inspection agencies or certification centers.

Other Operational Cost

In addition to the costs listed above, ready-mix concrete production also incurs other O&M-related expenses such as market and sales department costs, electricity consumption, water usage, communication fees, taxes, and other administrative or regulatory charges.

HZS25 Concrete Batching Plant Investment Profit

The HZS25 concrete batching plant has a theoretical production capacity of 25 m³/h, with an actual production rate of about 20 m³/h. Assuming the plant operates 8 hours per day and 300 days per year, the annual concrete output is approximately 48,000 m³. Based on an average concrete price of 43.8 USD per cubic meter (which may vary by region), the estimated annual profit is around 515,000 USD. For a detailed investment plan, you can send your project requirements to AGICO for consultation.
