AGICO provides concrete batching plants with foundation-free design, making them ideal for temporary sites, urban spaces, and remote areas.
Main Configuration of AG-HZS35 Concrete Batching Plant
Mixing System
The mixing system is by default equipped with an AG-JS750 twin-shaft compulsory concrete mixer (customers can also choose a planetary concrete mixer or a drum mixer). AGICO’s twin-shaft mixer features wear-resistant alloy linings and mixing blades, a five-layer sealed shaft end to prevent leakage, and a drum body welded by robots with up to 95% precision.

Weighing System
Powder, water, and admixtures are measured using electronic scales for high-precision and accurate batching, with a weighing accuracy of ±1%. The cement weighing hopper is suspended from the frame via sensors, ensuring a stable structure and high reliability. The water meter uses a pump for discharge, and the admixture weighing hopper uses a single-point sensor for measurement.
Batching System
The batching system uses a PLD1200 batching machine, available with two, three, or four material storage hoppers. Feeding can be done via belt conveyor or bucket elevator. Both individual material weighing and cumulative weighing methods are supported.

Conveying System
The discharge ports of the conveying system are connected to the weighing hoppers via flexible links, ensuring that measurement accuracy is not affected. The receiving port uses a universal ball joint to adjust for angle deviations. The clearance between the screw blade and the drum is small, ensuring high transmission efficiency. The enclosed structure effectively prevents dust leakage and improves the working environment.
Control System
AGICO’s control system supports remote management and integrates intelligent, automatic, and manual control modes. User permissions can be assigned for process management. The system includes features such as recipe storage, automatic drop compensation, over/underweight alarm correction, operational monitoring, cloud data storage, and report printing.

Cement Silo
The AGICO cement silo adopts a modular and combinable design, with level sensors installed at the top and bottom and an integrated dust collection system. To prevent material bridging, an air-blowing anti-arch device is installed in the silo cone. It can be designed as a sectional cement silo for convenient transportation.
HZS35 Concrete Batching Plant Investment Profit
The HZS35 concrete batching plant has a theoretical production capacity of 35 m³/h and an actual output of around 25 m³/h. Based on 8 working hours per day and 300 working days per year, its annual concrete output reaches approximately 60,000 m³. Concrete prices vary by region, but using an average price of about USD 45.7 per cubic meter, the annual profit can reach approximately USD 685,000.
