Main Configuration of AG-HZS75 Concrete Batching Plant

Twin-Shaft Mixer
The standard configuration is the AG-JS1500 mixer, suitable for all types of concrete with aggregate particle sizes ≤100 mm.

Batching System
Equipped with the AG-PLD2400 aggregate batching machine, featuring a hopper capacity of 2400 L, 2–5 aggregate bins, and a theoretical production capacity of 90 m³/h.

Powder Conveying System
Uses high-quality steel pipes for the outer casing and seamless steel pipes for the inner casing. A well-designed screw pitch reduces material compression and prevents clogging.

Aggregate Conveying System
Bucket elevator or belt conveyor options are available. The bucket elevator requires a small footprint, offers high conveying efficiency, and is suitable for various site layouts.

Control System
Supports automatic, semi-automatic, and manual operation, with functions including screen display, recipe storage, automatic drop compensation, and data printing.

Cement Silos
We offer three types—bolted (panel-type) silos, integrated silos, and horizontal silos—equipped with dust collection, anti-bridging devices, and level monitoring systems.
Working Principle of the HZS75 Concrete Batching Plant
System Startup: The operator logs into the control software and enters the operation interface.
Parameter Setting: The operator inputs or selects production parameters, including mix design number, concrete grade, slump, and total output.
Automatic Production: Once production starts, the PLC system sends commands to each module of the batching plant, automatically completing raw material feeding, weighing, loading, mixing, and discharging.
Real-Time Monitoring: During production, the system continuously monitors equipment status. Any abnormal condition triggers alerts on the screen or warning lights, ensuring safe operation.
Precise Feeding: Motors, butterfly valves, and weighing sensors work according to digital signals to maintain accurate material proportions and consistent concrete quality.
High-Pressure Drive: The high-pressure air system supplies sufficient power to aggregate bins, weighing hoppers, and mixer discharge gates, ensuring smooth material flow.
Continuous Production: The system supports uninterrupted production until the set output is achieved and also allows emergency stops or manual operation if needed.
HZS75 Concrete Batching Plant Investment Profit
The HZS75 concrete batching plant is designed with a nominal output capacity of 75 cubic meters per hour, while real-world production typically averages around 60 cubic meters per hour. Based on an operating schedule of 8 hours per day and 300 working days per year, the total annual concrete output can reach approximately 144,000 cubic meters.
Concrete pricing varies by region, but using an estimated market value of about USD 45 per cubic meter, the operation can generate an annual profit of roughly USD 1.7 million. For a customized investment analysis and detailed project planning, please contact AGICO for further consultation.
